He has been representing various type of client’s cases as well as during tax audit, tax investigation, tax objection, appeal before Tax Court, and extra judicial review before Supreme Court. His clients are coming from many industries as well as financial industry, automotive manufacture, energy, plantation, construction, mining, electronics, textile & apparels, and other industries both Multi National Enterprises (MNE) and Local Company. Hidayat has wide networks inside Tax Court and Tax Authority since he worked for Directorate General of Taxation (DGT) for 11 years. Hidayat holds 3 professional practical licenses as well as Tax Attorney license for representing client before tax court, Tax Consultant license required to represent client before Directorate General of Taxation (DGT), and Legal Attorney license for representing client before General Court. Currently, he run Inatax Business Jakarta. Hidayat hold his taxation diploma from State College of Accountancy (STAN) Jakarta and continue his study in Law and Accounting at different universities in Jakarta. He speaks in English and Bahasa.
